In real estate, the mantra is location, location, location. But in home inspections, it's experience, experience, experience, and Bobby has it.

More than 23 years of home inspection experience.  He's also a licensed home builder, a licensed master plumber, and has a Heating and AC license.  So he knows home construction inside and out.

He's performed approximately 10,200 home inspections in Texas and Alabama.  He has more than 600 college-level class room hours on construction training.  He's a Graduate Master Builder (GMB), a Certified Graduate Builder (CGB), and is the only home inspector in the state to sit on the panel that wrote the most recent bill raising standards and implementing testing to become licensed in home inspection.

Bobby is a 203K HUD Consultant and provides Expert Witness Service throughout the Alabama.

Since Alabama is the only state in the Union that is still a Buyer Beware state, it is critical that you protect your home purchase with the best possible home inspection service available.  As a licensed Home Inspector a Professional Member of International Code Council (ICC), and a Full Member of American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), Bobby is precisely the inspector you want looking out for your investment.

Bobby inspects, resale homes, historical homes, condominiums, townhomes, manufactured homes, and newly constructed homes.  New homes are not immune to defects or poor workmanship, as many contractors look to cut costs by cutting corners on materials and labor.  Don't' be fooled into thinking that "new" equals "quality."

Known as "The Teaching Inspector," Bobby loves educating clients about home construction and maintenance, and he offers classes to the public and to realtors on the fundamental of home construction.
