More than 23 years of home inspection experience.  He's also a licensed home builder, a licensed master plumber, and has a Heating and AC license.  So he knows home construction inside and out.

He's performed approximately 10,200 home inspections in Texas and Alabama.  He has more than 600 college-level class room hours on construction training.  He's a Graduate Master Builder (GMB), a Certified Graduate Builder (CGB), and is the only home inspector in the state to sit on the panel that wrote the most recent bill raising standards and implementing testing to become licensed in home inspection.

Bobby is a 203K HUD Consultant and provides Expert Witness Service throughout the Alabama.
